Join the Aventura Team
Aventura's team will grow as the school grows through the 2029-2030 school year. The ACS Team has the inspiring opportunity to bring to life Aventura's unique and ambitious school model, and together enact change in our community. We welcome applications from dedicated individuals who are passionate about inclusive, bilingual, purposeful education.
For the current school year Aventura is fully hired. However, ACS welcomes ongoing applications from candidates interested in joining the team for future school years.

The Aventura Board of Directors holds quarterly meetings. Charter school board meetings are open meetings and community members with relevant items can sign up in advance to speak at the meeting.
